At Presentslovespec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of our artisan products.

Return Eligibility

Items purchased from Presentslovespec may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Presentslovespec at info@presentslovespec.cv or through our contact page. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, Presentslovespec will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from Presentslovespec, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Presentslovespec.
